PROBLEM:
Despite a strong brand and high-value client base, StayinFront’s website was not contributing to pipeline or new business growth.
The site lacked a clear structure, with confusing messaging and poor alignment to user intent, limiting its ability to rank for relevant non-branded searches.
Technical issues, including slow load times and inconsistent performance across devices, further restricted visibility and user experience.
Crucially, their tracking and analytics setup was unreliable. Conversion data was inaccurate, and channel performance could not be trusted, leaving the team without the insight needed to make informed, data-led decisions or optimise effectively.
SOLUTION:
We rebuilt the foundations of StayinFront’s search marketing, starting with a fully re-engineered tracking and analytics setup. This included bespoke conversion tracking and a live reporting dashboard aligned to core KPIs, giving the business complete clarity over performance and user behaviour.
A comprehensive SEO audit identified critical technical and structural issues. We resolved crawl errors, improved metadata across key pages, and restructured internal linking to strengthen crawl efficiency and authority flow.
Using in-depth keyword research, we repositioned the site towards high-intent, non-branded search terms aligned to their ICP. Existing pages were optimised to improve relevance and visibility, expanding reach beyond branded traffic.
We implemented a structured quarterly roadmap based on our SEO hierarchy of needs, ensuring focused, continuous improvement across technical SEO, content, and authority.
Alongside this, we delivered SEO Bomb content strategies to guide the creation of high-value, intent-led content, designed to build topical authority and support rankings across priority service areas. We also recommended improvements to site structure and UX to strengthen conversion pathways and user experience.
