Problem:

Despite a strong brand reputation and high levels of trust, GasanMamo lacked the visibility, data, and strategic direction needed to grow through organic channels.

There was no reliable analytics setup in place. User behaviour, conversions, and channel performance were largely invisible, making it impossible to measure success or make informed decisions.

GasanMamo had some presence in search but consistently fell short of top 3 positions. Years of unfocused SEO efforts left them stuck on the cusp of visibility, unable to compete with more strategically aligned competitors.

Focus was too heavily skewed towards transactional pages, with no top-of-funnel strategy to attract, educate, or nurture users. This limited their ability to build authority and capture high-quality traffic early in the journey.

 

Solution:

Working closely with the GasanMamo team, we rebuilt their SEO from the ground up, starting with the technical foundations.

Before any hands-on optimisation began, we implemented a fully transparent tracking and reporting suite and a live dashboard around the KPIs and metrics the client had identified as critical to their business goals and success. This gave them complete visibility over performance, supported by accurate conversion tracking, clear channel-level insights, and structured monthly analysis to inform decision-making and shape future strategy.

We identified and resolved key technical issues that were limiting how Google crawled and understood the site. This ensured search engines could fully interpret the client’s services, expertise, and authority, unlocking the potential for higher visibility.

Rather than relying on short-term, reactive fixes, we implemented a quarterly SEO roadmap based on our tailored “SEO Hierarchy of Needs”. Each quarter focused on a specific area of growth, allowing us to continuously improve performance, measure impact, and double down on what worked.

Alongside core SEO management, we deployed our SEO Bomb content strategy to build topical authority.
